REVA Development Corporation and affiliate MFK|Development, LLC have successfully developed a combined total of 1,440 housing units, to include new construction, substantial rehabilitation, and historic repurpose and/or re-use.

Don D. Patterson is President of REVA Development Corporation and the Managing Member of MFK|REVA Development, LLC. He is an accomplished real estate development professional excelling in a variety of areas to include predevelopment, conceptual planning, preliminary engineering, financing, construction administration, lease up, construction close out and maintain a Community Housing Development Corporation (CHDO) designation as outlined in HUD Federal Regulations. We continue an on-going relationship with a dynamic knowledge-base of experts in providing services in community redevelopment and often collaborate with for-profit and non-profit organizations for the benefit of the underserved communities.
C. Greg Morris

Greg Morris is a highly accomplished executive with a solid record of successfully transforming under performing companies via change management and restructuring for optimal financial performance improvement. Decisive, proactive, able to aptly identify areas of concern and implement timely corrective measures to stimulate growth and avert decline. Recognized for leading cross-functional teams during exploding and contracting economies while communicating with executive teams to assess, develop and execute strategies that achieve value-building goals.
The majority of Greg’s experience is as a Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in hospitality, retail, restaurant, hotel, food halls, event and programming management. Greg is known as a passionate, energized, energetic, enthusiastic and optimistic an implementer who focuses on long term and short-term priorities simultaneously. With a focus on employee engagement, motivation and leadership, Greg has always made his companies “The Best Place to Work.”
Lynda V. Harris
Senior Development Manager
Lynda V. Harris implements municipal public/private partnerships, prepares RFAs responses to Florida Housing Finance Corporation for financing the development of affordable and workforce housing. Identifies potential service partners to assist with the management and/or delivery of services. Coordinates land acquisition, interviews and monitors property management companies, architects, general contractors, and engineers to assure timely completion of projects.
Ms. Harris has over 25 years in the financial services industry and has proven to be a leader in her industry, is a recipient of the 2016 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Barack Obama, Board Member of the Miami Dade Chamber of Commerce and serves as Chairwoman of the Women’s Business Council; selected as one of South Florida’s 50 Most Influential People in Business and Industry for 2017 by Legacy Magazine; Holds a Series 7, 6, and 63 securities licenses, 215 Life, Health, and Annuity, Florida Real Estate Sales license; CRED certification, and is a certified grant writer.
Manfred Knoll
Financial Advisory
Fred Knoll, is CEO of MFK Development, LLC an infrastructure project advisory and real estate development firm that has developed and holds an extensive portfolio of single and multifamily housing units in underinvested neighborhoods. He is intimately familiar with all aspects of real estate including the identification, planning and negotiating with regulators and representatives of private industry the development of real estate projects, including those in neglected communities.
MFK Development, LLC an advisory and real estate development company. He has negotiated and funded the acquisition and rehabilitation of more than 100 affordable housing units in Atlanta, Indianapolis, and throughout Miami Dade County. He has designed and raised financing for two luxury condominium projects in Miami Beach, which are currently being developed and with a third condominium project for 330 units currently being negotiated.
